Though the TERC web site, www.terc.org/ is large, it is easily accessible for information about what their learning philosophy is all about.
This web site was created as part of the Summer nstitute which was presented by the OIT Office of Instructional Technology. Unfortunately there is no more OIT, nor as far as I can tell is there any archive of the wonderful teachable practices that were part of the office. The National Standards for Technology is available through the International Society for Technology in Education. There web site is www.iste.org

Terrapin Logo is another choice of software to program in Logo. There site is informative at http://www.terrapinlogo.com/

Illuminations is a website presented by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, NCTM, on resources to improve mathematics in education and is directly connected to TERC Math and Geo-Logo. Go to http://illuminations.nctm.org/index.html
The Logo Foundation is a great site for information on Logo and the TERC constructivist philosophy of learning. Just go to http://el.media.mit.edu/logo-foundation/
